Product Warranty

Warranty Period: Our products come with a 12-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

  • The warranty covers replacement of parts that are found to be faulty under normal use.
  • To claim the warranty, customers must contact us and provide photographic or video evidence proving their claim.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from inappropriate use, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other causes not related to defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

Discretionary Assessment:

  • Warranty claims are subject to assessment by Birdboss. We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if the evidence suggests the terms of the warranty are not met.

Process for Warranty Claims:

  • Contact us with details of the issue and provide the required photographic or video evidence.
  • Our team will assess the claim and communicate the outcome.
  • If approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the faulty part in accordance with our warranty terms.

General Terms:

  • This warranty and return policy are governed by the laws of  Victoria, Australia.
  • Your rights under this warranty are in addition to and do not detract from your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
