Revised Return Policy for Birdboss Products

Return Time Frame: Customers may return products within a specified number of days (30 days) from the date of purchase.

Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, parts, and accessories.

Handling Fee: A handling fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund for all returns, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • Provide a detailed reason for the return and, if possible, photographic evidence.
  • Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the product.

Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, and after deducting the 20% handling fee, your refund will be processed, or an exchange will be arranged as per the original method of payment or exchange policy.

Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
